Glass & Facade Features: Bintulu SOHO Project

Extensive Glazing: The commercial podium and upper floors integrate large glazed sections, especially at street level—likely for storefront transparency and natural light.

Glaze Design: The facade appears to incorporate floor-to-ceiling clear glass panels, interspersed with metal framing and decorative cladding.

Aesthetic Treatment: Images show glass units framed by distinct architectural accents—perhaps aluminum mullions or vertical fins that provide both structure and visual rhythm.
