The Bintulu SOHO development, also known as Town Square Bintulu Phase 2, is a 13-storey mixed-use building featuring Small Office-Home Office (SOHO) units and commercial podiums.

Developed by Ibraco Berhad, its client is Sarawak Land (Kemena Park) Sdn Bhd, part of a broader Town Square Bintulu master plan.
